• Pricing & Availability: All prices are listed in USD. We do our best to keep everything updated, but occasionally, a supplier may inform us an item is out of stock after you’ve ordered. If this happens, we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund for that item. We reserve the right to adjust prices or discontinue products to ensure we’re offering the best value.

• Product Descriptions & Imagery: We put great care into our photos and descriptions to give you the best sense of each product. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, and sizes should be checked against our detailed guides. Our product images are lovingly created to represent the item and are protected by copyright law.

2. Your Journey with Us (Ordering & Shipping)
Placing an order is the start of our partnership in caring for your pet.

• Order Confirmation: When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This is our receipt of your request and our beginning to prepare it for you. Your order is formally accepted by us once we send a shipping confirmation.

• Shipping & Delivery Expectations: As a small global shop, we partner with trusted suppliers worldwide to bring unique products directly to you. Please review our Shipping Policy for current estimated delivery times. These are estimates, not guarantees. We will provide tracking as soon as it’s available and appreciate your understanding that international transit times can vary due to factors outside our control.

• Your Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. Please let us know immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

• Fair Use: We welcome you to browse, shop, and share the joy. The Site and all its content (images, text, logos) are the creative property of JoyPawz, meant to be enjoyed here. Please do not copy or misuse it for commercial purposes.
