This policy details how we handle your order—from the moment you click “purchase” to the day it arrives at your door—with the efficiency and clarity you deserve.
Your trust begins with our speed and attention to detail. Every order is a priority.
Processing Time: All orders are carefully packed and handed off to our shipping partners within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
What Happens After You Order: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately. The “processing” period is when we prepare your shipment with our fulfillment partners to ensure everything is perfect before it begins its journey to you.
To get your order to you in the best time possible, we’ve optimized our logistics with you in mind.
Intelligent Fulfillment: Our system is designed to speed up delivery. We automatically route your order to be fulfilled and shipped from the warehouse location that is closest to you and has your item in stock. This smart approach minimizes transit distance and time.
Clear Delivery Timeline: After your order is shipped, the estimated delivery window is 7-12 business days for most destinations. This means your total expected time from order to delivery is typically 8-14 business days.
Delivery Transparency: “Business days” refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local holidays. While we provide these estimates based on reliable carrier data, please note that transit times may occasionally vary due to carrier volume, customs processing, or unforeseen events.
We believe you should always know where your order is.
Tracking Information: Every order comes with a trackable number. You will receive a “Your Order Has Shipped!” email containing this tracking link within 1-2 business days after your order leaves the fulfillment warehouse.
Tracking Activation: After receiving your tracking number, please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier’s system to update with the initial scan and location information. Subsequent updates may vary in frequency depending on the shipping stage and carrier.
Address Accuracy is Essential: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to modify the delivery address once a package has been shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipment will be subject to additional fees.
Carrier Delays & Transit: Once a package is in the carrier’s network, JoyPawz cannot control transit times, customs inspections, or local delivery delays. We are unable to issue refunds or credits solely for shipping delays. If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work with you toward a fair resolution in accordance with our [Return & Refund Policy](link to your policy).
International Customs & Taxes: For orders shipping across international borders, please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. JoyPawz has no control over these charges and cannot predict if they will be applied or their amount. We declare all packages at their full value as required by law.
Modifications: If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at joypawz.store@gmail.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet advanced to the “shipped” status.
Holiday & Peak Periods: During high-volume seasons (such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), processing and delivery times may be extended. We will display prominent notices on our website regarding any known extended timelines during these periods.
